CHARTER ACCOUNT 



 The CA (Chartered Accountant) course is a professional accounting program that is recognized globally. It is conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and involves a rigorous study of subjects such as accounting, auditing, taxation, financial management, corporate laws, and information technology.

1. Eligibility :- The minimum eligibility to enroll in the CA course is 10+2 or equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks. Students who have completed their graduation in Commerce or any other stream with a minimum of 55% marks are also eligible to enroll.


2. Course duration :- The CA course is divided into three stages - Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. The duration of the course depends on the student's performance and may range from 3 to 5 years.


3. Course structure :- The CA course is divided into three levels - Foundation, Intermediate, and Final. The Foundation course consists of four papers, the Intermediate course consists of eight papers, and the Final course consists of eight papers.


4. Exams :- The exams for the CA course are conducted twice a year - May and November. The exams are conducted in two modes - online and offline.


5. Training :-  Along with the theoretical knowledge, students are also required to undergo practical training to become a Chartered Accountant. The training period includes three years of articleship and orientation programs.


6. Job opportunities :-  After completing the CA course, students can pursue various career opportunities such as Financial Analyst, Auditor, Tax Consultant, Financial Planner, Investment Banker, etc.


7.Salary:- The starting salary of a Chartered Accountant varies depending on the job profile and the industry. On average, a fresher CA can earn around Rs. 6-8 lakhs per annum.
